Estimates shown on the pricing page are approximate and non-binding. Final pricing, scope, and terms are determined through direct discussions and formal agreement.

Referral Reward Conditions

Referral rewards apply only to qualified customer agreements and are paid after contract execution under program terms in effect at that time. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, outreach, or payout.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized contact information.
• Do not abuse public forms (including spam, automation abuse, or circumvention attempts).
• Do not attempt to interfere with service security, availability, or integrity.

Accounts and Access

Staff sign-in access is intended for authorized building or management users. Organizations are responsible for account-level access control and authorized use within their teams.

Intellectual Property

Packageasy branding, software, content, and related materials are owned by Performicy or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The public site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Performicy disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of the public site.

Changes to Site, Program, and Terms

We may update the public site, referral program, pricing approach, and these Terms as Packageasy evolves. Updates are effective when posted.
